The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Liabilities function, including the coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings. This will involve gathering and communicating preparatory and follow-up information and data, as well as ensuring that all necessary documentation is recorded formally in accordance with company arrangements.

**Job Description**

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time. The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management approach, and the ability to structure clear and concise leadership level reports, papers, and information packs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification, or equivalent on-the-job experience in a comparable field;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time;
  • Critical thinking/problem-solving mindset;
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to translate information and/or requests into action plans;
  • An ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority-changing environment;

**Salary:** Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
