Job Introduction
**Landmarc support services are currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader at Bramley Training Area, Tadley, Hampshire.**

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives dedicated to Estate maintenance. Typical tasks conducted by the team include grounds maintenance, preparing military ranges and training areas for use and access control.

We are looking for someone who either has previous knowledge of working on the Defence Training Estate or someone who has a background of working in a rural environment.

Main Responsibilities
Lead the Bramley team and help run the training area via grounds maintenance and work orders.

Upkeep a good relationship with units and third party visitors ensuring everyone is safe and can conduct their activities without obstructions

Be part of the team and not just a leader. 80% of the role will be working alongside your team

Responsible for maintaining stock level and management of plant and machinery

Responsible for allocation and handover of training area’s

Ensure that the facilities adhere to safe systems of work and that the accommodation and ranges are fit for allocation

Grounds maintenance across the training area

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Basic IT skills with ability to use databases and Microsoft Office

Work in a diverse multi-tasking team environment

Ability to operate plant machinery

Previous working knowledge of Estate Services and Maintenance

Prepared to undertake further training

Security Clearance

Must hold a full valid UK driving licence
