**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Nottingham, England. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.

**About the Role:**

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Arnold, Nottinghamshire area, delivering acute adult mental health services in partnership with the local healthcare trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered care to patients with complex needs.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach with a commitment to patient-centred care.
