As a Care Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee a team of support staff, ensuring all client calls are covered and attended
- Organise rotas by effectively matching support workers with clients
- Keep the online scheduling system up-to-date
- Participate in holding the on-call phone

- Previous experience in scheduling

- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
