Mental Health Recovery Coordinator Job Summary:

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Recovery Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be working with clients who are struggling with Substance Misuse issues within the Criminal Justice System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of service users accessing our service due to Substance Misuse problems.
  • Deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working and delivery of interventions.
  • Assess and manage risk, ensuring a safe environment for all through active risk prevention.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with clients with Substance Misuse issues.
  • Good knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum based on location.
