Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (pro rata)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work closely with our clinical teams to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting patients with their recovery goals, and contributing to a safe and therapeutic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a NVQ 3 or equivalent level of experience within a care setting. You should also have experience working with patients with mental health conditions and knowledge of the Recovery model. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
