Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Scotland.

About the Role

This role involves supporting individuals with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and other challenges. Our award-winning learning & development team will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes.
  • Assist individuals in engaging with their communities through outings to various activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication according to individual needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary of £24,000-£30,000 per year.
  • Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.

  • Refer a Friend scheme with a £150 reward for successful referrals.

Please note that all available roles require a driving licence. The position may involve weekend shifts, rotating shifts, and overnight stays. Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory references and PVG checks.
