NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs.

Right now, we are looking for a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our amazing, dedicated team in our supported living site in Norwich NR2 and also covering community clients in North Norfolk. You will support people who are going through a difficult time, drawing on your unique knowledge and experience to connect with others, by helping them discover their strengths and developing skills that will lead to wellness. This is only possible with the help of people like you

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will have your own caseload and support individuals to engage in the service, to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning.

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach, acting as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available to you

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
