Seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker for evening shifts, 14:00 - 22:00, with one day every other weekend commitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals, including some regulated activities such as administering medication,
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Document client interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in mental health support preferred.
- Relevant qualification in mental health or related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
