Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced RMN to work with individuals who require acute mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Athlete patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Manage people with long-term health conditions confidently and competently
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate interventions/treatments for service users with complex needs
  • Identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for service users as appropriate
  • Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately in urgent or emergency situations
  • Recognise and work within own competence level
  • Produce accurate and complete records of service user interaction and consultation
  • Support, manage and guide support workers on a daily basis
  • Continually develop oneself and the role through personal development

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin
  • Ability to work on shift/rota pattern
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience in an Acute Mental Health Setting

Salary Information

The salary for this position is £40,705.60 per year, providing a competitive rate of pay for a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse.
