Exciting opportunity to work as a Community Mental Health Specialist with the NHS, providing specialist mental health services to individuals in need. As a qualified practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Defence Medical Services. With a focus on adult mental health, you will provide therapy and support to patients, using evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level background in adult mental health and substantial post-qualification training and experience in at least two evidence-based psychological therapies. You will be accredited or eligible for accreditation by a recognised body (BABCP, BACP, UKCP).

**Salary:** £43,742 - £50,056 per annum pro rata for part-time

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing specialist mental health services to adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Using evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes and improve patient well-being
