Job Summary:
As a senior mental health specialist, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with learning disabilities, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life. Your primary responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing assessments and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert nursing care to patients with learning disabilities, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements
* Participate in regular risk assessments and contribute to the implementation of safety protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
