Senior Mental Health Coordinator Job Description

This Senior Mental Health Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care on Irwell ward within Clockview Hospital. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide supportive and therapeutic environments for patients and their families.

Your responsibilities will include implementing case load supervision, participating in regular clinical supervision, and assisting in the development and implementation of integrated care pathways.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Relevant experience at E grade or above
  • Evidence of working with older adults with mental health issues in various healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health legislation and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £41,500 - £49,500 Per Annum
