Job Overview
The North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Services Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to children and young people with mental health problems within the THRIVE Framework.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct therapeutic interventions, undertaking risk assessments, and working in partnership with families from diverse backgrounds. You will also participate in duty rotas and maintain accurate electronic clinical records.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver evidence-based client-centred care and promote the Thrive model of service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in CAMHS, experience in mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff, as well as a deep understanding of the Care Planning process. A registered core profession social worker or nurse with up-to-date professional registration is essential.
You should demonstrate sound leadership qualities, an engaging leadership style, and a commitment to accountability, support, and high professional standards. Additionally, you must be responsive to service users and have a thorough understanding of management styles.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £28,407 - £42,618 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
