Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services. As a Mental Health Ward Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives. This role is based at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital, our mental health hospital in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the delivery of high-quality care on Blythe Ward, a 12-bed male PICU that accepts emergency and crisis admissions.

The ward's aim is to provide a short, rapid intervention to help individuals regain control and order in their lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing the highest standard of nursing care, coordinating all clinical aspects of the ward, and implementing policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should be committed to delivering improvement strategies across all aspects of clinical service provision. You should also be experienced in managing change, leadership initiatives, motivating and developing others. In addition, you should be open, compassionate, honest, and resilient. A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is available for this position.
