This is an exciting opportunity to work for Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in a new 18-bedded male working age adult acute ward. The trust is undertaking a programme to create purpose-built facilities, improving the safety, privacy, and dignity of our adult acute mental health patients.

The new state-of-the-art unit will focus on therapeutic interventions, delivering care to national recommendations. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the service and building the team alongside the Ward Manager and other senior leaders.

The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership, supporting current and future service developments within the Working Age Adult Acute Directorate. They will lead the team and support the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT) to create an environment where patients' cultures, life experiences, protected characteristics, and strengths are acknowledged and valued.
