Mental Health Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Defence Medical Services. As a qualified practitioner, you will be responsible for providing specialist mental health services to adults, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
In this role, you will assess and treat patients, using evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level background in adult mental health and substantial post-qualification training and experience in at least two evidence-based psychological therapies. You will be accredited or eligible for accreditation by a recognised body (BABCP, BACP, UKCP).

- Assessing and treating patients with complex mental health needs
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Using evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes and improve patient well-being
