Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our Learning Disabilities Team in London.
This role requires a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
About the team
Our team works closely with service users in the borough who have learning disabilities to develop co-produced care plans and conduct risk assessments with their carers.
The aim of the team is to provide support and liaison with local services to promote the independence of each person under their care, ensuring that no form of abuse takes place.
We work hard to support not only the service users but also their careers and families to ensure the wider support network is effective.
About you
You will be able to manage time effectively to prioritise your workload as well as have good interpersonal skills.
Experience working with adults with psychosis and the ability to engage with service users from diverse backgrounds is key to the success of this role.
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience is essential for this position.
