Mental Health Support Worker

Arch Care Services is looking to hire dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers who are looking for a full-time position (37.5 hours a week). Join our team and make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care, support, and guidance to individuals with mental health challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build trusting relationships and provide emotional support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and assist with care plans.
- Promote social integration and community involvement.
- Help with daily activities, medication management, and meal planning.
- Monitor and document changes in mental health conditions.
- Encourage individuals to achieve personal goals.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Understanding of mental health issues and support techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
**Salary**:£24,000 per year, with travel paid at 45p per mile from when you reach your first client and multiple opportunities for professional development.
