Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Fairways. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering outstanding care and support.
The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Your responsibilities will include offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on medical and welfare needs as required, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be genuinely driven, an excellent communicator, sensitive, and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating, and varied environment.
