Mental Health Outreach Coordinator

Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Outreach Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic SEN school in South Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outreach support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues in the community, working closely with social services and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
">Responsibilities:

- Take attendance in the mornings and liaise with parents over absences">
- Provide support work in the community, including liaising with social services and other parties">
- Manage young people's behaviour and help them engage with the curriculum using effective deescalation strategies">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will hold a Right to Work in the UK, have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application, and provide two professional child-related references. Additionally, they must have a full, clean UK Drivers License and access to their own car.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Prospero Teaching offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
