About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our customers. As a Care Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate care calls, allocate care workers effectively, and ensure that care is delivered safely and in line with customer wishes.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you may be required to work in the field during emergency situations, so a willingness to do hands-on care is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care calls and allocate care workers efficiently
  • Ensure accurate recording and allocation of care calls on systems
  • Work collaboratively with care workers to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the care industry
  • Desirable: 2 years of experience in care coordination
