We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our Children in Care teams. In this role, you will work with children and young people aged 0 – 18 who are in our care.

As a Care Coordinator, you will develop and implement personalized care plans that prioritize the child's needs and ensure their views are central to the plan. You will build meaningful relationships with children and their families, spending quality time with them to understand their perspectives and life events.

You will take a trauma-informed approach, supporting the child to understand and recover from traumatic experiences. Our practice is guided by the Signs of Safety framework, which encourages a strength-based approach and collaboration with the child and their family to achieve their goals.

  1. A competitive salary range: £35,382 - £41,787 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
