Senior Care Planning Manager

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care services to our customers, working closely with care workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Coordinate Care: Plan and coordinate the scheduling of care workers to ensure timely and safe delivery of care services.
- Allocate Care Workers: Match care workers with customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the care industry, preferably in care coordination.
- Skills and Qualities: Proactive problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £25,000 per year, depending on experience (£23,000 guaranteed).
