Job Overview
The Bleep 360 Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children's Home in the Northeast area. As a Senior Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and quality assurance.

About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to develop their skills and experience in a residential care setting. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual to register the service with Ofsted and ensure that the home meets all relevant regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of all aspects of the home, including quality assurance, recruitment, training, budgeting, staffing, and health and safety
- Keep all children and young people within the service safe from harm and report any concerns urgently
- Successfully register with Ofsted and maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma for Leadership for Children & Young People's Residential pathway
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Proven record as a registered manager with Ofsted
