Your Responsibilities

As a Person-Centred Care Coordinator, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

  • You will maintain the dignity and privacy of our residents at all times.
  • Deliver person-centred support to enable residents to be as independent as possible.
  • Collaborate with residents and their families to provide tailored care that meets their unique needs.
  • Assist with personal care activities such as feeding, toileting, and bathing.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for each resident.
