About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Administrator to join our Planned Care Nursing Administration Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our Planned Care Nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to our nursing staff, including data entry, general administration work, and updating the appointments system.
- Answering patient line phone calls and making outgoing calls to update patients on their District Nurse visits.
- Organising patient information packets and managing the staff sickness phone for the service.
- Onboarding for new starters, including getting systems in place, uniform, and equipment.
- Healthroster input, including generating reports, and processing requisitions using NHS Supply Chain and Integra as directed.
