About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Team Administrator to join our Planned Care Nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our nursing staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Manage our electronic patient record system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Answer patient line phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Organize patient information packets and manage staff sickness phone.
- Onboard new starters, setting up systems, uniforms, and equipment.
- Process requisitions using NHS Supply Chain and Integra as directed.

Person Specification
- Car driver/owner, Ability to travel easily between bases
- Able to work shifts/hours as job required
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Good keyboard skills
- IT skills for data entry and recall
- Effective interpersonal, organization, and team work skills
- Effective communication skills
- Motivated
- Ability to learn and develop new skills and abilities
- Ability to cope under pressure
Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Advanced IT skills
- Trained on NHS data collection systems
Experience
- Experience of general office duties in NHS or similar large complex organization
- Experience of dealing with people
- Experience of clinical record systems
Qualifications
- Good standard of general education, to GCSE grade C or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Able to undertake further training required for role
- NVQ3 in Administration or proven equivalent experience
- Computer literate
