Your Responsibilities



  • Provide support and care to individuals with varying needs, including those with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support service users in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and meet the individual's needs.
