About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our imaging team. As a Medical Imaging Support Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to provide top-notch patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the imaging team to deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to CHG policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate expertise in conducting imaging procedures, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Promote a positive and respectful environment, upholding the principles of selflessness, compassion, commitment, collaboration, bravery, agility, tenacity, and creativity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Care Certificate.
  • NVQ Level 1 and/or willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills at GCSE level A-C or functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficiency in using PC software and systems.
  • Previous experience in an imaging or healthcare assistant role.
