Volkerrail Group is a leading civil engineering business providing complex and innovative engineering solutions across various sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Plant Administrator to join our procurement team in Preston and Morecambe offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of supplier insurances, accreditations, policies, audit documentation, and rate cards.
- Review supplier credit reports and take meeting notes.
- Record supplier spend and maintain plant benchmarking documents.
- Support with plant tender documentation and order uplifts for hired-in plant and equipment.
- Assist with month-end preparations and update live hire reports.
About the Role:
- Prior administration experience is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of prioritising a varied workload.
