We are seeking an experienced Plant Administration Specialist to join our procurement team in Preston and Morecambe offices. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role
  • Obtain and record supplier credit reports
  • Take meeting notes, file, and distribute accordingly
  • Complete order uplifts for hired-in plant and equipment
  • Run and check reports within the 4PS hire system
Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this challenging opportunity. Benefits include competitive annual leave, additional birthday day off, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
