About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our internal plant hire desk, working closely with the Procurement Manager to maintain accurate records, run supplier credit reports, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier insurances, accreditations, policies, and audit documentation.
  • Run and review supplier credit reports to ensure timely payment.
  • Take meeting notes, file, and distribute accordingly.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in providing plant tender documentation and completing order uplifts for hired-in plant and equipment.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of prioritising a varied workload.
