We're looking for an Account Acquisition Manager to drive new business sales and growth across the globe. This role involves identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and driving deals through the funnel. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in outbound sales and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, focusing on cold-calling
  • Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by targeting key verticals and diversifying the prospect base
  • Building and managing the pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
  • 1+ year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
