As a New Business Account Executive, you'll be part of our elite sales team, driving customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. You'll own your market segments, using a solution-oriented approach to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and outreach to potential customers across various touch points and channels.
  2. Develop a comprehensive lead-sourcing strategy to identify key verticals and diversify your prospect base.
  3. Manage your pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closing and account management, while maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  5. Become an expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions offered, backed by relevant case studies.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish).
  • Commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Exceptional communication and phone articulation skills.
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach).
  • A passion for sales and a desire to launch a career in high-performing sales culture.
  • Demonstrated determination and accountability in fast-paced environments.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond in supporting colleagues.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability and effective time management skills.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000.
