Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Team Leader
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced ASB Team Leader to manage a team delivering an exceptional Anti-Social Behaviour Service in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team to deliver an exceptional ASB Service
- Supervise and support ASB Officers in handling ASB cases
- Monitor and manage team performance to achieve KPIs and customer service standards
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee the effective use of specialist equipment such as mobile CCTV and noise monitors
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance monitoring systems
- Track record of managing performance and delivering against KPIs
- Experience in preparing legal documentation and attending court is desirable
