Job Description:

At Long-Term Futures Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Behaviour Mentor. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with a highly regarded Primary school in London to provide additional support to students with behavioural needs.

About the Job:

  • Role Summary:
  • Work closely with teachers to implement evidence-based behaviour management strategies.
  • Deliver targeted support to students requiring additional assistance.
  • Set achievable learning targets and monitor progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers and parents/carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management plans.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, tailoring interventions to meet their individual needs.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing regular feedback to parents/carers.

The annual salary for this role is approximately £95,000 - £105,000, commensurate with experience. We encourage applications from dedicated professionals eager to make a positive impact on the lives of younger students.
