About Us:

LTF Recruitment is proud to collaborate with a wonderful Primary school based in Streatham, London. Our client is looking for an outgoing individual to undertake the rewarding role of a Behaviour Coach and assist younger students who showcase difficult behaviour or require additional assistance on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

The Behaviour Coach will work closely with teachers to ensure effective behaviour management and provide additional support to pupils who require it. This includes:

  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
  • Working one-to-one with identified children to deliver bespoke support and improve behaviour
  • Setting learning targets and tracking progress of students, including those with Special Educational Needs
  • Providing valuable feedback and advice to pupils, serving as a role model and reporting back to parents/carers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and resilience skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Resilient, empathetic, and able to remain positive in challenging situations
  • Prior experience working as a Behaviour Support Professional or SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Relevant qualifications in Education Studies or related fields desirable

Benefits:

This is a long-term to permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £95-£105 per annum. The ideal candidate will be committed, hard-working, and passionate about improving the lives of younger children.
