We are seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Greenwich. As a member of our team, you will support the educational developmental needs of students and contribute to creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the educational developmental needs of students.
- Lead small groups or whole-class activities in line with lesson plans.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and record students' progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents.
- A relevant qualification or experience in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role.
- A solid understanding of the curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 per annum.
