We are seeking a qualified Behaviour Mentor to work with our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. This is a long-term position that could lead to permanent employment.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers to develop effective strategies for behaviour management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working one-to-one with students who require additional support
  • Setting learning targets and tracking progress
  • Providing feedback and advice to students and reporting back to parents

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Resilience and patience in challenging situations

Salary: £95-£105 per annum. Please note that this salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in London.
