Job Description: Long Term Futures Ltd is looking for a skilled Teaching Support Specialist for Complex Needs to work in a primary school environment. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with Autism, Behavioural Difficulties, and Non-verbal needs.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs.
- Collaborate with class teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored support strategies.
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
- Regularly monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs in a primary or SEN school environment.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or child development (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Certificate).
- Strong understanding of ASD, ADHD, and ADD.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
