Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and caring leader to join our team as a leadership role for supported living services in the London borough of Bromley. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services
  • Developing and implementing initiatives that promote community engagement and social inclusion
  • Working closely with service users, families, and external partners to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Managing regulated services and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing regulated services and leading teams
  • Degree in Social Care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
