Barnardo's is seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our retail stores and drive sales growth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational leader to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and a range of family-friendly leave options. We also offer a Group Personal Pension scheme, death in service cover, and access to our Corporate University.
