About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible receptionist to support our services at Camphill Children and Family Centre in Nuneaton. As part of our admin team, you will be responsible for ensuring visitors are directed to the correct service or room, answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and completing basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome centre users and provide a high level of customer service
  • Ensure efficient communication between visitors and staff members
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Complete basic administrative tasks as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
