As a Customer Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, supporting each other to ensure successful deliveries
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in good condition, adhering to company safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • At least 12 months' experience of driving a manual vehicle (if applicable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to lift and move online containers up to 15kg
