Education Coordinator for NPQ Programmes

Located in the London Borough of Redbridge, we are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to manage the Early Career Teacher programme and its associated NPQ programmes. This role will be based at Gearies Primary school under the supervision of the ECT Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of the Early Career Teacher programme and NPQ programmes
- Provide administrative assistance to the ECT Director and other stakeholders
- Manage online communication functions and coordinate with colleagues
The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience, ICT skills, and a full working knowledge of Microsoft office software packages. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Reliability and ability to work flexibly
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Relevant ICT qualifications
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time job during term time with flexible hours following negotiation.
