**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our adult psychiatry services, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage the adult psychiatry service, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.* Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve patient care and reduce waiting times.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results and improve patient experiences.* Influence policy and practice, driving innovation and best practices within the trust.* Provide leadership and support to junior doctors and medical staff, promoting their growth and development.
