RIBBONS AND REEVES is recruiting a Child Support Coordinator to join their team in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a specialist Primary provision.

**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to children with ASC, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. They will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create tailored learning experiences and implement evidence-based strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with ASC, focusing on communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices.

**Requirements and Benefits:**

  • Proven experience as a Child Support Coordinator or in a similar SEN role, preferably in a Primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of Autism and experience with strategies that support social communication and sensory needs.
  • Competitive salary of £32,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
