Role Overview

Social Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Child Development Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating child development services, including assessments, interventions, and ongoing support. They will have experience working with children and families in a social care or related setting, with a focus on promoting healthy development and reducing risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's developmental needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize outcomes for children and families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance service quality and access.
  • Stay current with industry research, best practices, and policy developments to inform service delivery and advocacy efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
