As a Workforce Planning Manager at Arriva UK Bus Limited, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic recruitment environment, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing attraction campaigns, managing recruitment events, and providing recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience of managing engineering recruitment within a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment
  • A full UK driving license as travel would be required
